London Continental Hospitality (“LCH”) opened its first two venues in February 2015 in an arch under Vauxhall station, creating London’s longest restaurant:
COUNTER Vauxhall Arches, a 100 cover all-day bar and restaurant with a very strong New-York-style brasserie concept
BackCOUNTER Lounge, a 75 cover cocktail lounge with performance space - also available for private hire
In May 2016 we will open COUNTER Cricket Club, comprising two food stalls and one bar on the Debenture and Pakistan Terraces, two of the premium viewing spaces of The KIA Oval seating 2,800 people
We are now looking to open another venue in Central London, expanding our successful all-day bar & brasserie operation. We have developed three different additional concepts we would like to introduce to London.
LCH is solely owned by Philip Reicherstorfer who is 100% dedicated to the company. Prior to founding LCH he was a senior banker at J.P. Morgan, running the European Leveraged Finance team for TMT companies. Having raised over 50 billion euros for some of Europe's largest non-investment grade companies he decided to launch his own business. Given a strong family background in hospitality in Germany, opening an all-day bar & brasserie in Vauxhall seemed like a logical starting point.
Philip is supported by a strong management team across front-of-house, kitchen and operations who share the ambition to build a new player on the London dining and drinking scene.
